About Us

Debbie and William began their journey together at the oldest progressive independent school in the country, City & Country School in New York City. Having both taught for over 20 years, William and Debbie are lifelong early childhood educators and have been working and teaching together for over 15 years. They share a passion for progressive education and are committed to the delicate work of supporting the ‘whole child’. While their own early childhood experiences are very different, they quickly connected over a shared vision of advocating for young children and working with parents to comfortably navigate the early childhood experience. Debbie and William’s strong belief that early education serves as the building blocks of life and their dedication to a common humanity has linked them as lifelong partners committed to shifting the paradigm.
